Senior Hse Manager

Description:

A leading Saudi infrastructure consortium is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead HSE governance across multi-billion SAR construction projects. This position reports directly to the Project Director and Executive Committee.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement project-wide HSE strategy
• Contractor compliance monitoring & audits
• Incident investigation & corrective action planning
• Regulatory alignment with Saudi safety standards
• Executive-level HSE KPI reporting

Requirements:

• 12–18 years HSE experience
• 8+ years GCC mega project exposure
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Currently based in GCC
