Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role blends traditional L1/L2 infrastructure support with advanced responsibilities, including coordination with implementation leads, integration support, and acting as a key local escalation and delivery point.

Must have Required Skills & Experience:-
-5+ years in L1/L2 infrastructure support roles.
-Strong expertise in Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, and desktop support.
-Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, Webserver deployments, and JavaScript scripting (no deep coding required).
-Experience in MSP environments with SLA and ITIL frameworks.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Fluent in Arabic and English
