Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure & maintain Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA, and Juniper SRX firewalls (incl. Panorama).
• Manage F5 BIG-IP (LTM, ASM) for load balancing & application security.
• Handle policy config, NAT, routing, VPN setup & SSL inspection.
• Monitor, tune & optimize network/security infrastructure.
• Manage VPN solutions (Pulse Secure, Site-to-Site, Remote Access).
• Maintain backups, documentation & SOPs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application & cloud teams.
• Operate HP NNM & HP NA for monitoring & configuration management.
• Lead troubleshooting for routing, switching & security issues.
• Perform packet analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump, device diagnostics).
• Analyze incident trends & improve network reliability/security.
• Use monitoring systems to detect threats & performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST & internal frameworks.
• Participate in audits, vulnerability assessments & remediation.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of IT security experience.
• Expertise in:
– Firewalls: Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX
– F5 BIG-IP (LTM, ASM)
– Panorama
– VPN solutions (Pulse Secure, Site-to-Site, Remote Access)
– HP NNM & HP NA
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, NAT, VPN.
• Knowledge of zero-trust, segmentation & secure remote access.
• Experience with automation/scripting (Python, Ansible) & REST APIs.
• Familiarity with IDS/IPS, DDoS protection & threat detection tools.
• Cloud security/networking exposure (AWS, Azure, OCI) is a plus.
• Strong grasp of network security architecture & threat modeling.
