Senior Program Manager

Description:

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Banking SME to lead a

large-scale Core Banking Modernization Program for a leading financial institution. This is a high-impact transformation role with full visibility to senior leadership.

Ideal Profile:

✓ 20+ years of experience in banking

4+ years managing major core banking implementations

✓ Deep knowledge of core banking systems and infrastructure

✔ Proven ability to manage complex programs end-to-end

✔ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

✔ High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

✔ Experience in program governance, budgeting, and planning

✓ PGMP or PfMP certification (preferred)

✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
