Description:

Oversee multi-billion SAR mega-projects. Ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and world-class safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

• Direct contractors, engineers, and suppliers

Report to C-suite and government entities

• Drive HSE excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)

• PMP or equivalent + 12+ years experience (5+ in KSA/GCC)

• Proven track record on mega-projects (NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiy
