Senior Qms Software Manager

Description:

The Senior QMS Software Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of QMS software solutions. This role focuses on driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance quality assurance, compliance, risk management, and audit trail functionalities. You will collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to align QMS solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the end-to-end implementation of QMS software solutions
✔ Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of QMS software
✔ Align QMS processes with regulatory standards (ISO, CMMI, TMMI)
✔ Work with Compliance, IT Governance, and ITSM teams
✔ Develop project roadmaps, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery
✔ Build QMS dashboards integrating key KPIs and analytics
✔ Support change management and training for QMS adoption
✔ Manage vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence

Qualifications
🎓 Education:
📌 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:
✔ 3-8 years of experience in QMS software implementation or enterprise solutions
✔ Experience in quality assurance, compliance management, and digital transformation
✔ Hands-on experience with QMS tools like MasterControl, ETQ, or similar
✔ Familiarity with CMMI/TMMI frameworks, ISO standards, and ITIL practices
🛠 Technical Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of QMS platforms, data analytics, and dashboard development
✔ Familiarity with JIRA, Power BI, and database integration
✔ Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
✔ Experience in BPMN 2.0 for Policy, Framework, and Process manuals
✔ Proven ability to lead workshops and team training sessions
