Senior Sales Executive

Description:

We are a specialized Crane Rental Company seeking a high-performing, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam. Our focus is 100% dedicated to mobile and crawler cranes.
​If you are a sales powerhouse currently residing in Saudi Arabia, with an established network exclusively in the crane rental market and a proven track record, we want you on board immediately.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Drive and expand crane rental sales across Dammam and the Eastern Province.
​Leverage your existing network to secure new projects and contract agreements with tier-1 contractors, oil & gas companies, and industrial plants.
​Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and technical/commercial quotation to negotiation and closing.
​Analyze client project blueprints and requirements to provide the exact crane specifications (tonnage, boom length, configurations).
​Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement managers.
​Requirements:
​Location & Iqama: Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a Valid and Transferable Iqama (نقل كفالة).
​Experience: Extensive and solid experience in sales, specifically within the Crane Rental industry in Saudi Arabia.
​Network: Must possess a comprehensive, ready-to-use database and active network of clients and contractors requiring crane rental services in the Eastern Province.
​Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of crane capacities, load charts, rigging, and industrial lifting safety standards (Aramco/Sabic approved is a major plus).
​Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
​Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
​Mobility: Valid Saudi driving license and high mobility within the region.
​Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
