𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: Pilosio is a leading provider of scaffolding, formwork, and shoring systems for construction and maintenance within the building, infrastructure, and entertainment sectors.
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Middle East team and drive our commercial development efforts.
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in advancing the company's commercial interests in the region. Reporting directly to the CEO of the Middle East region, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and managing commercial strategies and plans.
• Expanding and overseeing the sales network
• Building, maintaining, and expanding the customer portfolio.
• Managing relationships and negotiating with strategic clients.
• Achieving sales targets and objectives set by the Group.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Minimum of five years of sales experience in the Middle East market
• Proven experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in CAD design tools and Revit is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong precision, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time within Saudi Arabia.
