Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, payroll configuration, integrations, testing, and support for global payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations and support projects.
Gather business requirements and conduct workshops with stakeholders.
Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processes, and payroll controls.
Integrate Employee Central with ECP and third-party systems.
Manage payroll data migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.
Support payroll processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams.
Perform system enhancements, change requests, and production support.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll regulations.
Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities.

Required Skills:
7+ years of SAP HCM Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience.
Strong experience in Employee Central Payroll configuration.
Hands-on experience with Payroll Schemas, Rules, PCRs, Wage Types, and Payroll Functions.
Experience with Employee Central integration and replication processes.
Knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC).
Experience in Time Management and payroll-related integrations.
Strong understanding of payroll testing and reconciliation.
Experience in global payroll implementations and support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
Experience working on Middle East payroll projects.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabia payroll processes and labor regulations.
Experience in SuccessFactors EC, Time Management, and Integrations.
