✔ 17+ years in IT with strong early-career software development
✔ 7+ years driving large-scale data/analytics program delivery
✔ Experience with Data Lakehouse, ETL (Informatica/SSIS), Data Modeling, BI, Cloud
✔ Strong stakeholder management & BFSI exposure
