About the Role:
🔹 Lead the planning and design of access transport networks including microwave, fiber, and wireless infrastructure.
🔹 Analyze network requirements and deliver scalable, reliable, and future-ready transport solutions.
🔹 Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates to support project planning and procurement.
🔹 Ensure all network designs meet industry best practices, technical standards, and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to validate, approve, and integrate network designs.
🔹 Monitor daily design tasks, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
🔹 Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical guidance across the team.
🔹 Drive enhancements based on link performance analysis and contribute to long-term capacity planning.
🔹 Expertise in tools like Teoco Connect, Pathloss, and experience in multi-vendor environments (e.g., Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Aviat).
🎯 Bachelor’s in Telecommunications or related field is required
✅ PMP certification and Arabic proficiency are considered added advantages
