Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer who is fluent in Arabic to join our client's team onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a client-facing role, and Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory due to high client interaction.
✅ Open to Gulf Nationals who are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow CSM module
Customize workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
Work directly with clients in Arabic for requirement gathering and delivery
Ensure solution alignment with best practices and performance standards
Support integration and testing activities with other systems
✅ Must-Have Skills:
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
Arabic language fluency – spoken and written
Client-facing experience, especially in the GCC region
Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh
