Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions across ServiceNow modules — including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations and ensure seamless platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Configure and customize modules (UI Policies, Business Rules, Workflows, Service Portal, etc.).
Develop and integrate APIs (REST/SOAP) and custom applications when needed.
Maintain CMDB integrity and support Discovery/Service Mapping.
Ensure timely platform upgrades, patching, and documentation.
Collaborate with architects, PMs, and analysts to ensure best practices, security, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ITSM/ITOM frameworks.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.) are a strong plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
