Servicenow Grc/irm Lead

Description:

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Lead to drive end-to-end technical delivery and team leadership across ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, BCM, TPRM). The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong architectural knowledge, leadership ability, and a proven track record in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules
- Architect scalable, secure, and performant solutions
- Oversee platform configuration, scripting (Glide, JavaScript), workflows, and integrations
- Manage and mentor development teams, review code, and ensure delivery quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

🎓 Preferred Certifications:
CSA, CAD, CIS–Risk, CIS–GRC
