Site Supervisor

Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain workflow and productivity.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor progress and report any delays or issues to the Site Superintendent.
• Ensure quality control checks are performed and documented.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and site documentation.
Required Qualifications
• Diploma or technical certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Certifications
• OSHA or NEBOSH safety certification is an advantage.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
