Sme Leader

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SME Leader to drive end-to-end radio network performance, strategy, and analysis across LTE, VoLTE, and 5G technologies. This is a key leadership role requiring advanced technical expertise and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Deep understanding of LTE, VoLTE, 5G-NAS, and 5G-SA technologies
✔️ Define methodologies for network parameter consistency audits
✔️ Set and drive network strategies (mobility, traffic steering, spectrum efficiency)
✔️ Propose and lead monthly performance enhancement trials (min. 5 per month)
✔️ Perform high-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and analysis
✔️ Conduct advanced Ookla analysis to help elevate operator ranking to #1
✔️ Respond to operator queries, escalations, and improvement proposals
✔️ Lead network-wide capacity and quality assessments
✔️ Conduct detailed crowdsource data analysis and recommendations
✔️ Deliver high-quality performance reports and strategic insights
✔️ Efficiently lead a team of technical SMEs across different domains
✔️ Bring solid E2E telecom knowledge to strategic and operational levels
✔️ Strong advantage for candidates with Ericsson systems experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✔️ 8+ years in telecom with a focus on radio access networks (LTE/5G)
✔️ Proven experience in performance strategy, trials, and optimization
✔️ Expert in network analytics, crowdsource platforms, and KPI improvement
✔️ Excellent leadership, reporting, and communication skills
✔️ Prior experience working with or within Ericsson systems is a strong plus
✔️ Strategic mindset with hands-on troubleshooting capabilities
