Role Overview:
Own content, account management, and growth, with clear focus on reach, engagement, and conversions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute content for Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn
Design creatives, write captions, and schedule consistently
Manage accounts: comments, DMs, engagement
Build strategies to increase followers, reach, and brand awareness
Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize
Stay aligned with fashion trends, reels formats, and hashtags
Coordinate with designers and marketing team
Identify, approach, and onboard fashion influencers to scale reach
🔹 Key Requirements:
Experience in social media management (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
Strong understanding of Instagram growth & visual branding
Ability to create content that converts (not just looks good)
Experience in influencer outreach and collaborations
Data-driven mindset (basic analytics understanding required)
