Software Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the project cycle, align on milestones with tech lead and assign resources

• Supervise team members with tech issues and provide tech solutions to fix and ensure deadlines are followed

• Involve team standup meetings and prepare weekly update reports and monthly KPI report for tech lead

• Develop project plans and logics with relevant team members

• Follow up and oversee the implementation of project and track progress with responsible team

• Final checkup testing before go production

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent field

• 1-3 years of experience in tech ecommerce field and project implementation

• Good background in OdooERP or similar

• Familiar with ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify

• Develop with Agile methodologies

• Excellent computer and programming skills

• Ability to debug and problem-solve under pressure

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
