Storekeeper

Description:

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store chemicals, finished goods, raw materials, and spare parts according safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the ERP/Warehouse Management System for all stock movements (receipts, issues,
Transfers).
- Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and safe storage of hazardous chemicals in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and maintenance teams to fulfill timely material issuance and replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), issue slips, and transfer forms.

Qualifications:
o  Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
o  01-03 years of experience as a storekeeper or warehouse controller in a manufacturing environment
o  Knowledge of ERP/Warehouse systems and inventory control procedures.
o  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
