Subject Matter Expert

Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced SME in Aviation Applications to provide deep expertise, strategic guidance, and operational support for mission-critical aviation applications in airport operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary expert for aviation applications (SITA, Avito, SafeGate, etc.)
Monitor and ensure high availability of applications critical to airport operations
Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Drive seamless system integration with SAP, ServiceNow & ITSM tools
Collaborate with vendors, airlines, ground handlers & airport stakeholders
Ensure compliance with ITIL v4, IATA regulations, and airport authority standards
Lead training sessions and mentor IT support teams

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Aviation Management, or related field
ITIL v4 certification (preferred)
10+ years of aviation IT experience in airports/airlines
Strong expertise in SITA, AVITO, AODB, FIDS, RMS, DCS, CUPPS, BRS, AMHS
Proven experience managing third-party service providers & ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
