Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations and team activities
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Monitor performance and provide on-the-ground support
Report to management on workflow and productivity
Handle workforce scheduling and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong communication and team management skills
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid Saudi Driving License
