Support Specialist

Description:

Are you experienced with BNY Mellon’s Eagle Investment Systems? Join our team and play a key role in supporting portfolio accounting, data integrity, and performance reporting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for Eagle STAR, PACE, and Performance modules
Troubleshoot issues related to portfolio accounting, NAV, and performance reports
Collaborate across front-, middle-, and back-office teams
Monitor data feeds, batch processes, and interfaces
Assist in system upgrades and implement long-term solutions

Requirements:
5+ years of Eagle platform experience
Expertise in NAV calculations, equities, bonds, and derivatives
SQL and ETL tools knowledge
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience in GCC or institutions like BNY Mellon/Bank of America is a plus
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/IT
ITIL or relevant certification
