Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor development teams for scalable applications
Define technical roadmaps & oversee software architecture
Ensure best practices in performance, code quality & security
Drive DevOps adoption and cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Collaborate with business stakeholders for digital solutions
Guide junior engineers, encourage innovation & continuous learning

Requirements:

6+ years in software development (2+ in leadership)
Expertise in React, Vue.js, Node.js, Spring Boot
Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, APIs, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) & DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
