Technical Program Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead and deliver enterprise-scale IAM programs. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving IAM strategy, and overseeing SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow implementations while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and business objectives.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
7+ years of experience in IAM / Security technologies
3+ years managing technical programs or large-scale IAM initiatives
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
Solid knowledge of IAM architecture, IGA, AD/LDAP, cloud & on-prem integrations
Added Advantage
IAM team-leading or people-management experience
Enterprise or government IAM program exposure
Middle East regulatory experience (NCA, SAMA)
SailPoint, PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
