Role Overview
As a key member of the AFC team, you will design, build, and optimize systems that detect and prevent financial crime. From integrating AML solutions to developing predictive ML models, your work will be critical in shaping secure digital banking.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Develop and integrate AFC systems with banking platforms
Analyse data to identify suspicious patterns and prevent financial crimes
Build predictive ML models and automate detection workflows
Ensure adherence to AML, CFT, and global compliance standards
Work closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to deliver secure solutions

🎯 What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in software development, data analysis, or related fields
Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, SQL/NoSQL
Experience with Tableau / Power BI for data visualization
Hands-on with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of AML/CFT regulations
Degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity (Master’s is a plus)
