Technical Support Specialist

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a passion for IoT and technology to join our team. If you love solving problems, supporting users, and working hands-on with connected devices and systems — this role is for you!
🔍 What You'll Do:
-Support Telematics systems across FM, Operations, and Contact Center teams
-Coordinate installation/removal of devices with suppliers and fleet teams
-Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals
-Train users and manage accounts in Telematics platforms
-Troubleshoot issues related to IoT sensors (temperature, weight, camera, etc.)
-Maintain technical documentation and assist in process improvements
-Ensure compliance with IT and security policies
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
-Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
-2-5 years of experience in IT Technical Support (LoT)
-Strong knowledge of Telematics systems and IoT technologies
-Excellent communication and documentation skills
-Patient, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
-Fluent in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and networks
-Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle on-call responsibilities
