 Key Requirements:
Proven experience in telecom/ICT recruitment
Ability to handle end-to-end hiring – from sourcing to onboarding
Strong knowledge of Saudi market and visa/Iqama transfer processes
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
