Description:
Activation of Ports and line cards on Mainframes via ISP activity/workforce software.
• Installation and troubleshooting DSL and telephone lines on ISP
• Installation and troubleshooting of ISP's Modem and routers. (DSL/FIBER)
• Installation and Maintenance of DSL (copper cables) and Fiber Optic lines from ISP facilities to customer product equipment (modem/router)
• Encoding Customer and Task data to the STC online workforce management software. Information about Port Configurations, Task Done, Troubleshooting procedure, Distribution points and Faulty source.
