Key Responsibilities:

-Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments.
-Design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions.
-Coordinate with department managers to align training with business objectives.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of training and
provide recommendations for improvement.
-Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
-Maintain training records and track employee development progress.

What We’re Looking For:

-Proven experience in training, learning & development, or HR.
-Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to assess training needs and create tailored programs.
-Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of LMS platforms is a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
