🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C)
🔹 Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
🔹 Conduct client meetings, site visits & professional presentations
🔹 Prepare proposals, quotations & tenders 📑
🔹 Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals 💰
🔹 Build strong client relationships & manage key accounts 🤝
🔹 Achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs 🎯
🔹 Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records (Odoo is a plus) 💻
🔹 Monitor market trends & competitor activities 📊
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution


🎯 Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of sales experience (B2B / B2C)
✅ Background in automotive, electric vehicles, fleet solutions, or heavy equipment 🚛⚡
✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✅ Experience in tenders & government/corporate sales is a plus
✅ Strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills
✅ Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
✅ Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 🎓
