Requirements
4–6+ years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with MTU Marine Engines, ZF Gearboxes, or Kongsberg Waterjet Systems
Experience in troubleshooting, overhaul, maintenance, commissioning, and diagnostics
Strong technical knowledge and ability to work in marine and industrial environments
Leadership experience preferred for senior-level positions
