Well Test Chief Operator
to lead and manage well testing operations at the field level.
This is a senior field leadership role for professionals with strong well testing expertise, operational control, and a high level of safety awareness.

🔹 Experience Required:
• 5–10 years of experience in well testing operations within oil & gas services
• Proven experience in leading well test crews and field operations

🔹 Required Training / Certifications:
• Well Testing Operations & Surface Equipment
• H2S Awareness
• Well Control Awareness
• Oil & Gas Safety (ARAMCO or equivalent – preferred)
• Leadership & Crew Management

🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the well testing crew during field operations
• Plan and execute well testing programs safely and efficiently
• Monitor pressure, flow rates, and well performance data
• Ensure proper operation of surface well testing equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site management
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and client requirements
• Prepare daily operational and testing reports
