Key Requirements

▪️ Strong experience in architectural drafting and technical drawings.

▪️ Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D.

▪️ Good working knowledge of Revit Architecture.

▪️ Experience preparing Shop Drawings, IFC Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.

▪️ Excellent understanding of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

▪️ Experience in site measurements and site surveys.

▪️ Ability to interpret survey data, levels, and coordinates.

▪️ Experience with Total Station and surveying works is highly preferred.

▪️ Ability to prepare accurate drawings based on actual site conditions.

▪️ Experience in redline drawings, drawing revisions, and document updates.

▪️ Ability to coordinate with architectural, structural, civil, and MEP disciplines.

▪️ Capability to identify discrepancies between design drawings and actual site execution.

▪️ Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) is an advantage.

▪️ Strong understanding of construction details and materials.

▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF markup tools.
