- 4–6 years of experience in real estate development, preferably in residential towers.
- Fluent in Arabic (Arabic-speaking candidates only).
- Saudi nationality is preferred.
- Preferably residing in Jeddah.
- Strong knowledge of architectural technical drawings, detailing, and coordination.
