Area Manager

Description:

We are looking for experienced Branch Managers to lead restaurant operations and support business growth. The selected candidate will initially manage a branch and, with the company’s expansion plans, will have the opportunity to progress into an Area Manager role overseeing multiple locations.

Job Duties:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned branch to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of business targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to maintain high performance and excellent service standards.
• Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs, implementing effective improvement plans when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, food safety, and quality standards.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch budgets, inventory, and operational expenses effectively.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate results to top management.
• Support business expansion and future multi-unit operations.
• Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of management experience in restaurant and fast-food operations. 
• Experience within international fast-food restaurant brands is a must.
• Current Branch Managers with strong operational experience or Area Managers with multi-unit management experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, cost management, and loss prevention.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and operational KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
