Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (for senior roles)
✅ 10–12 years of relevant experience (senior roles)
✅ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (for non-senior roles)
✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience (non-senior roles)
✅ Large-scale building / urban design & supervision experience preferred
✅ Consultancy background preferred
✅ Saudi Engineering Council certification preferred
✅ Transferable Iqama (mandatory for non-Saudi nationals)
