Qualifications & Requirements 

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus 
 3–5 years of experience in building supervision, property management, or facilities operations 
 Knowledge of building systems (electrical , plumbing  HVAC ) and maintenance procedures 
 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills 
 Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and on-site teams effectively 
 Understanding of KSA building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements 
 Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies
