About Organization: A private organization in the Kingdom that is involved in key capital projects and the developments are mixed use with a focus on a high level of finish to the properties being constructed.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising the multidisciplinary design review process, ensuring design packages meet project requirements, regulatory codes, and alignment with architectural, infrastructure, and master planning strategies. The role includes coordinating with consultants, municipalities, and internal stakeholders to guarantee quality, feasibility, and readiness of design deliverables.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary design review or capital project design
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Industrial Design
Preferred Requirements: Master’s degree or certification in Project or Design Management

Functional Responsibilities:
- Supervise and review design submissions for roads, utilities, and grading packages to verify compliance with codes and defined project scope.
- Coordinate with external design consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Align infrastructure designs with architectural and master planning requirements to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Liaise with municipalities and utility providers to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Evaluate early-stage infrastructure proposals to support assessments of site readiness and infrastructure capacity.
- Ensure coordinated multidisciplinary design reviews, facilitating communication between stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
- Validate reviewed designs through technical analysis and benchmarking to confirm compliance with project and safety requirements.
