Description:

A premier Luxury Hotel in Jeddah seeks an exceptional Chef de Cuisine to launch and lead the kitchen of our new, upscale Persian fine-dining restaurant.

Your Role: As the culinary leader, you will design an authentic menu, build and train the kitchen team, and set the standard for Persian cuisine in Jeddah's luxury dining scene. You will ensure operational excellence for both lunch and dinner service.

Who You Are:

· Proven experience (5-7+ years) in Persian cuisine.
· At least 2 years in a leadership role ( Chef de Cuisine).
· Background in five-star hotels or premium standalone Persian restaurants.
· Deep knowledge of Persian techniques, ingredients, and culture.
· A passionate leader and mentor.
