Chief of Asset Management

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chief of Asset Management to lead and oversee the company's real estate and property portfolio, maximize asset value, improve occupancy and rental income, and enhance overall investment returns.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and profitability of the real estate portfolio.
Oversee the performance of residential, commercial, retail, and other income-generating properties.
Identify opportunities to increase rental income, occupancy rates, and Return on Assets (ROA).
Develop asset-level business plans, budgets, financial forecasts, and performance targets.
Monitor property valuations, operating costs, rental yields, and Net Operating Income (NOI).
Identify underperforming assets and implement strategies to improve financial and operational performance.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related discipline.
MBA or professional qualifications in real estate / asset management are an advantage.
Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in real estate, property investment, and asset management.
