Chief Supply Chain Officer

Description:

We are seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to lead and transform supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This executive role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in global supply chain strategy, operational excellence, and cost optimization. The CSCO will report directly to the CEO and drive initiatives that enhance supply chain resilience, regional efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the organization’s supply chain strategy across UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Optimize procurement, sourcing, and vendor management to achieve operational efficiency and cost savings.
Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations for timely and accurate delivery.

Introduce technology-driven solutions such as ERP systems, AI forecasting, and predictive analytics.

Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and compliance across all supply chain functions.

Lead, mentor, and inspire senior supply chain and logistics teams.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CSCO, VP of Supply Chain, or equivalent senior leadership role.

Strong expertise in supply chain strategy, procurement, logistics, and operational optimization.

Experience managing complex, multi-regional operations across UAE, Saudi Arabia, or GCC.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or professional certification preferred.
