Civil Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to major roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site execution, design review, quality control, and familiarity with BIM-based workflows.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and supervise construction activities for roads, highways, and bridge structures
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure adherence to project specifications
• Support BIM integration for project planning, design coordination, and progress monitoring
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international standards
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
💡 Required Skills & Software Proficiency
• AutoCAD Civil 3D – Advanced
• Autodesk Revit (Preferred)
• Navisworks Manage / BIM 360
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Basic GIS knowledge (advantage)
• Strong understanding of road design standards (AASHTO, MOT, Ashghal)
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years Gulf experience in roads, bridges, or infrastructure projects
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Valid GCC Driving License (preferred)
