Civil Engineer

Description:

• Setting out site layouts, interpreting structural drawings, inspecting the correct construction measurements and developing work schedules.
• Oversee construction at the site to ensure adherence to the project specication and codes ·
• Collaborate with Project Managers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure the project completion timely.
• Prepare detailed daily and weekly QC reports, including site observations, NCRs, and corrective actions. ·
• Perform daily surveillance and inspections of civil works (form work, rebar, concrete pours, earthworks) and nishing work (plastering wall & wall nishes, tiling and marble xing, ceiling work, painting work, and doors hardware) for compliance. · Inspect material delivery (concrete, aggregates, steel) and supervise eld testing. ·
• Manage all trade activities of contractor and conduct keen quality inspection for nishing work. ·
• Preparing Request for Inspection, quality records, progress report, and NCRs ·
• Assist with resolving issues and answering questions from workers ·
• Arrange with punch list items and nal inspections ·
• Contribute health and safety environment during construction period
