 Key Responsibilities
 Lead civil engineering teams
 Oversee roads, bridges, and utility systems
Ensure compliance with design standards
Manage consultants and contractors
 Control technical approvals and documentation
 Support project delivery milestones

Requirements & Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
•  12+ years civil engineering experience
•  Infrastructure project background
•  Strong technical review capability
•  GCC project exposure preferred
