Zone, a market leader in IT services, is excited to expand its team! We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project & Client Coordinator to join us in Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Project & Client Coordinator to coordinate cybersecurity projects, support tender-related activities, and act as the main point of contact between clients and technical/engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of cybersecurity, networking, NCA frameworks, and project coordination.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and technical teams to coordinate project deliverables according to the approved SOW.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on project milestones and action items.
• Support cybersecurity compliance activities related to NCA frameworks, including ECC, CCC, and CSCC.
• Coordinate Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) activities between clients and technical teams.
• Follow up on vulnerability reports, remediation plans, and rescan activities.
• Coordinate cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulation campaigns with clients.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare client-facing reports.
• Support tender-related cybersecurity projects and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:
Saudi National.
1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, project coordination, and/or client communication.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Good understanding of cybersecurity, networking concepts, and NCA controls.
Good knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, scheduling, and risk management.
Ability to understand technical/security reports and communicate findings clearly to clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
Strong client relationship and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
CompTIA Security+ or Network+ is preferred.
CAPM/PMP, Fortinet, ISO 27001, or CEH certifications are an added advantage.
