Construction Director

Description:

We are seeking a Construction Director to oversee landmark real estate and mixed-use developments across KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead construction execution from mobilization to handover
• Manage EPC contractors and site leadership teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control standards
• Coordinate with design, commercial, and government authorities

Requirements:
• 15+ years in large-scale construction leadership
• Strong high-rise or mixed-use project experience
• Proven ability to lead large on-site teams
