Key Requirements
• 18–20+ years of construction experience
• Proven leadership of major building, infrastructure or giga-projects
• Strong contractor and consultant-management experience
• Significant experience managing large multidisciplinary teams
• Strong HSE, quality, schedule and cost-control knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value project portfolios
• GCC / Saudi mega-project experience strongly preferred
