Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate between engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor project budgets, materials, and manpower requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide progress reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in building construction projects.
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
