Responsibilities
- Manage corporate finance advisory deals with the support of principals, associates and analysts.
- Lead the documentation of proposals for corporate finance advisory mandates
- Attend meetings alongside Head of Corporate Finance Advisory with clients when required
- Develop various types of financial models to value debt and equity for IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Perform valuation based on various methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
- Lead the deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, as required for current and potential advisory mandates.
- Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
- Review and lead the preparation of material including investment memoranda, management presentations, prospectuses and pitchbooks.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news impacting the local, regional and global capital markets.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
Minimum CFA level 2 preferred

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Strong financial modeling skills.

Experience
- Minimum 10 and up to 12 years of experience in investment banking / corporate finance advisory.
