Cost Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cost Professional to join our team and support major project operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹Develop and maintain WBS & CBS for project scopes
🔹Support project budget development and Basis of Estimate
🔹Coordinate with procurement, finance, engineering, and construction teams
🔹Monitor project cost commitments, expenditures, and cost phasing
🔹Prepare cost performance reports and updated cost forecasts
🔹Manage change orders, variations, and cost impacts
🔹Participate in risk analysis, compliance reviews, and project close-out
🔹Mentor junior cost personnel

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
✔ Minimum 8 years of relevant cost experience
✔ Strong knowledge of cost software, budgeting, forecasting & cash-flow
✔ Solid understanding of WBS/CBS, cost reporting, and change management
✔ Familiarity with earned value, variance analysis, and project management principles
